The COPESUR Plant is a recently installed plant, we have two Cold Storage of Frozen Products, of 450 TM, 02 Freezer Tunnels of Last Generation, a Flake Ice Machine of 10 ton per day, processing rooms and certifications for exports.

We have the most stringent systems and quality controls in the industry in order to meet the high quality standards that the market requires.

All our production procedure and control programs are based on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points - HACCP and BPM, which guarantees an efficient traceability and the elaboration of high quality products in the nutritional chain.
